Whip up a batch of this s’mores bark for a delicious treat or party snack. This chocolate smores bark is crunchy and chocolatey with no campfire required!
Place the Graham crackers inside a plastic bag and crush finely. Scoop out 1/4 of a cup of the graham crackers and set aside, pour the rest of the crushed up crackers into a medium sized bowl.
Add the melted butter to crackers and mix until it’s a wet sand texture. Transfer the cracker mixture onto a large sheet pan lined with parchment paper, spread and make an even layer.
Sprinkle 2 cups of marshmallows on top and bake for 10 minutes. While that is baking, in a microwave safe bowl begin melting the almond bark, stirring ever 15 seconds.
Once out the oven, pour the melted chocolate over top of the crackers and marshmallows, with a silicone spoon spread the chocolate evenly all over, try to coat every inch of it.
Top with the remaining marshmallows and sprinkle with the 1/4 of a cup of graham crackers.
Drizzle with any leftover chocolate if you have any. (it’s okay if not) freeze for 1 hour.
Once frozen break into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
store in an airtight container for 4-5 days in the fridge.
You can use dark chocolate almond bark instead!
