Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 can white frosting
  • 2-3 drops blue food coloring
  • ocean sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Bake Brownies according to package directions. Bake in a cupcake pan and allow brownies to cool completely (roughly 15 to 22minutes at 350°F, but brownie mix directions may vary).
  • Mix 2-3 drops of blue food coloring with 2/3 of the white frosting and place it into the piping bag.
  • Decorate the top of the Brownies with the blue icing
  • Add white frosting dollops onto the brownies to make it look like waves.
  • Place the shark fin into the top. If desired, add sprinkles.

Notes

For the cleanest frosting application, make sure the brownies are completely cooled before decorating. Chilling them in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes can make frosting even easier to spread.
