13 x 9 Baking Dish
- 10 oz. miniature marshmallows
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups roasted & salted peanuts
Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter for 30 second increments, stirring well in between, until melted and smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Fold the marshmallows and peanuts into the chocolate mixture.
Spread the mixture in the 9x13 inch dish, smoothing as evenly as possible.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, and then cut into squares
- Be sure that candy has cooled completely before cutting
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. You can also freeze this fudge.
