- 1 10 oz box spaghetti
- ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 Tomatoes
- 16-18 fresh basil leaves
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Cook spaghetti per package directions
Wash tomatoes and basil leaves, drain
chop tomatoes and pull off basil leaves
In a skillet, heat olive oil over low heat
Add tomatoes, garlic, basil and red pepper flakes
Cook about 4-5 minutes
When pasta is al dente, drain.
Top with tomato and basil mixture
Top with grated parmesan cheese.
