Taco Pasta with Ground Beef
This delicious Cheese Taco Pasta is so easy to make on your stovetop. Just a few ingredients and it is ready in about 30 minutes.

- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups penne pasta
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup jarred or fresh salsa
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chilis
- ½ can of corn about ⅔ cup
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 small tomato chopped
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown ground beef.
Drain oil and add taco seasoning and coat ground beef.
Add pasta, water, salsa, green chilis, corn, garlic, garlic powder and chili powder.
Heat to a boil.
Cover and simmer about 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
remove from heat, add cheese and tomatoes
Add cilantro and serve.
