sliced about 1/4"

Mozzarella cheese

basil leaves
washed

oregano
olive oil
salt
pepper
Instructions
On plate layer basil leaves, and alternating tomato and mozzarella slices.
Drizzle with olive oil
Season with oregano, salt and pepper and serve.
