Ingredients
Pumpkin Cupcakes

Spice Cake Mix<

Pumpkin

water

vanilla
Cream Cheese Frosting

8 oz. package
Cream cheese
1/2
cup
butter
softened

cups
powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 °.
In a large mixing bowl, blend all ingredients..
Pour into prepared baking cups. Fill about 2/3 full.
Bake 20-24 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack or similar.
Prepare Cream Cheese Frosting
In a large bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese on slow speed in mixer.
Gradually add powdered sugar and beat on high until peaks form. Frost cupcakes.
Frost with cream cheese frosting using piping tip and piping bag.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
