Ingredients
3
cups
white chocolate chips
1 14
oz
can sweetened condensed milk
1
cup
sugar cookie mix
1/2
cup
valentines sprinkles
2-3
oz
white chocolate bark
1
tablespoon
salted butter
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and spray lightly with non stick spray. Set aside.
In a large double boiler, combine the sugar cookie mix, white chocolate chips, sweetened
condensed milk, butter and vanilla. Heat over medium until melted. Remove from heat and add
half the sprinkles, and mix. Reserve the other half for the top of the fudge.
Transfer the fudge mixture to the prepared baking dish. Smooth the top and gently press the
remaining sprinkles into the top. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
When the fudge has hardened, remove from the baking dish and cut into equal sized pieces.
Melt the chocolate bark in a microwave safe dish and you can use a piping bag, ziplock bag or
just drizzle with a spoon! Let the chocolate harden and enjoy.
Notes
Store leftover fudge in an airtight container.
