Ingredients

  • 4 Roma tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 1/2 sweet red onion chopped finely
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and chopped finely
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Pinch sugar

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
