Peanut Clusters with Almond Bark

Equipment

  • Crock pot or slow cooker
  • Baking Sheet

Ingredients

  • 2 24 oz. vanilla almond bark
  • 3 cups roasted salted peanuts
  • 2 cups itty bitty mini pretzel twists
  • 1 cup Easter M&M candies

Instructions

  • Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray or use a crock pot liner.
  • Break the almond bark into pieces, and add to your crock pot.
  • Cook on low for 1 1/2 hours, stirring very frequently, until the bark is melted.
  • Once melted, add the peanuts and pretzels, and stir to combine.
  • Add a piece of parchment to a large baking sheet.
  • Use a cookie scoop to scoop the mixture out of your crock pot, letting just a bit of the extra candy drop off.
  • Scoop this onto the parchment paper to form your candies.
  • Before the candy sets, quickly top with Easter M&Ms.
  • Allow the candy to chill for about an hour, until set.

Notes

Store candies in a cool place in an airtight container.
