No Churn Pumpkin Ice Cream Recipe

This No Churn Pumpkin Ice Cream is so easy to make and is full of pumpkin spice flavor. An easy no bake pumpkin dessert to celebrate pumpkin season. Great as a no bake dessert or as a Thanksgiving dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a stand mixer, beat cold heavy cream until peaks start to form.
  • Gently fold in condensed milk.
  • Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg and cinnamon
  • Pour into a freezer safe container.
  • Cover and freeze at least 4 hours.
  • Serve with whipped cream and chopped pecans, if desired
