- 6 mini chocolate donuts
- 48 mini pretzels
- 12 candy eyes
- Honey or frosting
Break mini pretzel twists in half by hand, removing the center piece to create a “J”-shaped spider leg. It might take a few tries to get the hang of it, but it becomes easier once you get the technique down.
Insert six pretzel pieces into each mini donut—three on each side—to create the spider legs.
Use a toothpick and a small dab of honey to attach two candy eyes to the top of the donut.
Store-bought frosting or jam can be used as an alternative.
Place on a cutting board or serving tray and enjoy!
