This easy lazy lasagna is the perfect weeknight dinner. It is hearty, cheesy, and only requires 3 ingredients. With layers of pasta, rich sauce, and gooey cheese, it’s a family favorite comfort food that is ready in about 45 minutes and really saves you time in the kitchen.

  • 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  • .Set your oven to 400°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
  • Start by adding a light layer of pasta sauce to the bottom of the dish to coat it.
  • Place a layer of frozen ravioli on top of the sauce, keeping the pieces in a single layer.
  • Add another layer of sauce over the ravioli, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
  • Repeat with a second layer of ravioli, more sauce, and the remaining cheese.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and return to the oven for another 15 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Go for a good-quality sauce (you can always boost it with garlic, onion powder, and Italian seasoning)
  • This dish freezes beautifully — just thaw overnight and bake covered until heated through.
