- ¾ cups soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 3 Tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp ginger grated
- 2 ½ Pound baby back ribs
- ⅓ Cup honey or maple syrup
- Sesame seeds
In a bowl mix the soy sauce with the rice vinegar, sesame oil, vegetable oil, garlic, onion, and ginger.
Pour the marinade ingredients over the baby back ribs and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight.
Preheat the oven to 320 degrees. Transfer the ribs to a baking dish, saving the marinade for later. Take the ribs to the oven and bake for 3 hours or until the ribs are done.
While the ribs are baking pour the marinade in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the honey and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook until it has thickened and reduced, around 10 minutes.
Brush the glaze over the ribs and return to the oven. Bake for 10 more minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
