- 12 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/3 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeno
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 5 large burrito tortillas
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the bacon, jalapeno, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix until well combined.
Spread this mixture onto the large tortillas, leaving about an inch around the edge of each tortilla, and roll them up tight.
Once all of the tortillas are rolled, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Slice the rolled tortillas into bite size rounds, and enjoy!
Don't Overfill: Overfilling the tortillas can make them difficult to roll and may cause them to fall apart when slicing.
Chill Before Slicing: Refrigerating the rolled tortillas for at least 45 minutes will help them firm up, making them easier to slice neatly.
