Equipment

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeno
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 5 large burrito tortillas

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the bacon, jalapeno, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Spread this mixture onto the large tortillas, leaving about an inch around the edge of each tortilla, and roll them up tight.
  • Once all of the tortillas are rolled, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Slice the rolled tortillas into bite size rounds, and enjoy!

Notes

Don't Overfill: Overfilling the tortillas can make them difficult to roll and may cause them to fall apart when slicing.
Chill Before Slicing: Refrigerating the rolled tortillas for at least 45 minutes will help them firm up, making them easier to slice neatly.
