Ingredients

Roma tomatoes
diced

tablespoons
chopped cilantro
1/2
medium onion
chopped

lime juice

jalapeno pepper

clove
garlic crushed
salt
pepper
Instructions
While wearing gloves, cut the ends off of the jalapeno and remove the seeds and membrane in the center. Cut up pepper into small pieces.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high. Pulse a few times until all the elements are blended.
If salsa is to thick at 2 tablespoons of water and mix well.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
