Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the butter in a small microwave-safe bowl, then stir in the garlic powder and ¼ teaspoon of the Italian seasoning.
Arrange the bagel halves on the prepared baking sheet and brush each cut side generously with the garlic butter.
Spread marinara sauce over each bagel half, then top with mozzarella and 5–6 pepperoni slices.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and the remaining Italian seasoning.
