Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan with butter or margarine. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add the marshmallows.
Stir often until fully melted.
Remove from heat and add cereal gradually.
Pour cereal mixture into pan and and push mixture to lay evenly in the pan.
Once mixture is cool, use a knife to cut out mummy pop shapes.
Once all of the pops are cut, you are ready to begin decorating.
Melt the candy melts in 30-second intervals in the microwave until just melted.
Pour melted candy into a piping bag with tip #46.
Brush on "tape" candy from left to right, over lapping and varying the lengths.
Add two candy eyes to each pop and let set.
