Grinch Peanut Clusters
These adorable Grinch Peanut Clusters make a quick, no bake Christmas treat everyone loves. Made with simple ingredients, they’re perfect for holiday parties, dessert trays, gifting or movie nights.

- 24 oz peanuts unsalted; salted peanuts works as well
- 6 squares Almond Bark
- 20 oz Ghirardelli White Chocolate Wafers
- 5 drops green food gel neon green or bright green
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- Christmas sprinkles for topping
- Red heart sprinkles for topping
Pour peanuts into a medium size crockpot and turn to low heat.
Add in 6 squares of almond bark. Pour in white chocolate melting wafers. Cover crockpot and wait about 30 minutes. Come back and stir well.
Once the chocolate and bark is melted it is time to add a few drops green food gel. Stir well until all the mixture is green.
Turnoff heat and add marshmallows. Scoop with a tablespoon scoop onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with sprinkles and one red candy heart sprinkle. Be sure to light press the sprinkles into the tops of the scoops.
Let cool to set and then serve! Great Grinch Poop will be so fun at the holidays!
- Stir the mixture well once the chocolate and almond bark have melted for a smooth, even coating
- Add the green food gel after melting for a bright, uniform color.
- Store candies in an airtight container.
