Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons salted butter or unsalted + ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ 10 oz bags mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal

Instructions

  • Line a 9 x13” baking dish with aluminum foil and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Once the butter is melted, add one full bag of mini marshmallows. Stir frequently until completely melted. If using unsalted butter, stir in ½ teaspoon of salt at this point.
  • Remove the pot from heat. Quickly stir in the Fruity Pebbles until fully coated.
  • Add the remaining half bag of mini marshmallows and gently fold them in.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Press it down into an even layer (spraying your hands or a spatula with cooking spray can help prevent sticking).
  • Let sit at room temperature for about 30–45 minutes or until set.
  • Once firm, lift out of the pan, transfer to a clean surface, and slice into bars.
  • Serve and enjoy

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight contianer.
