Fried Dill Pickle Dip

This creamy & tangy Fried Dill Pickle Dip has the flavor of crispy pickles without the mess. Great with crackers, chips or veggies, this dip just takes minutes to make. Perfect for picnics & parties.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese - softened
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add panko bread crumbs and toast until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add ranch seasoning, sour cream, chopped pickles, and pickle juice. Stir until well combined.
  • Spread the dip into a serving dish and top with toasted panko.
  • Optional: garnish with fresh dill before serving.
