- ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp salted butter
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese - softened
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add panko bread crumbs and toast until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add ranch seasoning, sour cream, chopped pickles, and pickle juice. Stir until well combined.
Spread the dip into a serving dish and top with toasted panko.
Optional: garnish with fresh dill before serving.
