A quick and easy Pumpkin Spice cake recipe made easily with a boxed cake mix, a few spices, cream cheese frosting and chopped pecans.

- 1 box spice cake mix
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Whipped Cream Frosting
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Heat oven to 350 degrees f.
Grease and flour 13" x 9" baking pan.
MIx ingredients together in a bowl for 2-3 minutes.
Pour pumpkin mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake 30 - 35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean and cake is golden brown.

Whipped Cream Frosting for Pumpkin Spice Cake
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for best results.
You can also frost with a cream cheese frosting if desired.
