Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

These Mint Chocolate Chip cookies are a simple St, Patrick's Day desserts idea. These mint and chocolate cookies are easy to make with mint m and mes and a fun twist on a traditional cookie. The mint and chocolate flavor combination is delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chip candies

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter, eggs, and sugars.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl and combine them into the butter mixture. Add chocolate candies last. Roll into 1 1/2" balls onto greased cookie sheet. Press a couple of chips on top of each cookie for decorative purposes. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool a few minutes before removing from the baking sheet.
