Wash strawberries and slice.
Set aside.
Mix flour and eggs first, then add milk, water, salt and butter until combined.
Heat nonstick pan (lightly greased with oil) over medium heat.
When butter is melted pour in batter to cover pan bottom.
Add about 3 tablespoons of batter to pan.
As batter cooks, tilt pan in a circular motion so that batter is spread around and can set.
Cook about 90 seconds until edges get crisp, then flip with a spatula and cook another 1-2 minutes.
Flip out of pan and fill with fruit, and top with whipped cream,
