Easy Baked Meatballs

These easy Italian baked meatballs are juicy and flavorful, made with ground beef and other spices. They bake in the oven in 30 minutes! Great as a meatball appetizer with marinara sauce or as
a nice addition to pasta for a delicious dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon onions minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
  • In mixing bowl, bet egg.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Mix together until well blended, it is best to use your hands.
  • Form the meatball mixture in balls (about 1 1/2″ each) and place in a single layer on a greased or dark cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.

Notes

You can also make these in a cast iron skillet or baking pan.
