Cheese and Ham Sliders

  • 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 10 oz sliced ham
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Using a serrated knife, slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half horizontally, keeping the
  • rolls connected. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  • Layer half of the sliced ham evenly over the bottom rolls. Add a layer of Swiss cheese,
  • then top with the remaining ham. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  • In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic
  • powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  • Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Cover the
  • dish tightly with foil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and everything is warmed through.
  • Uncover and bake for another 8-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and transfer to a cutting board. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes
