Line a square baking dish with wax paper or parchment, and set aside.
For the yellow layer, add 1 cup white chocolate chips, 1/2 tbsp. butter, and about 1/3 of the can of sweetened condensed milk (about 6 1/2 tbsp.), to a microwave safe bowl.
Heat for 30 seconds. Stir well, and then heat for 30 seconds more. The mixture should be melted.
Add 1-2 drops of yellow food coloring, and stir until there are no more streaks.
Pour this mixture into the prepared baking dish, and smooth out evenly.
Move to the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
For the next layer, microwave another 1 cup of white chocolate chips, 1/3 can of sweetened condensed milk, and 1/2 tbsp. butter just like you did the first.
Add orange gel coloring, and stir until there are no streaks.
Pour this mixture over the yellow layer, and smooth out evenly.
Put the fudge back into the refrigerator to chill for another hour.
For the final layer, microwave another round of 1 cup white chocolate chips, 1/3 can of sweetened condensed milk, and 1/2 tbsp. butter.
Don't add any coloring, we will leave this one white.
Add the final mixture over top of the orange layer and smooth out evenly.
Place the fudge back into the refrigerator to chill for 4 more hours.
Cut into squares, and if desired, top each piece with a candy corn.
