Burrata Caprese

This easy Burrata Caprese Salad is made with 5 fresh ingredients and it is delicious! It is also colorful and goes great with any meal.

Ingredients

  • q cup grape tomatoes
  • 12 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 8 oz tub burrata pearls
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Wash and pat dry basil leaves. Arrange on serving dish.
  • Wash and slice tomatoes. Sprinkle tomatoes over basil leaves.
  • Sprinkle the Burrata pearls all over the salad.
  • Drizzle entire salad generously with olive oil and balsamic glaze. If desired, you can sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
