This easy Burrata Caprese Salad is made with 5 fresh ingredients and it is delicious! It is also colorful and goes great with any meal.

Ingredients

burrata pearls

tablespoons
balsamic glaze

tablespoons
olive oil
Instructions
Wash and pat dry basil leaves. Arrange on serving dish.
Wash and slice tomatoes. Sprinkle tomatoes over basil leaves.
Sprinkle the Burrata pearls all over the salad.
Drizzle entire salad generously with olive oil and balsamic glaze. If desired, you can sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and serve.

This salad is best made right before serving.
