  • 2 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 14- oz jar of pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup pepperoni

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Pop open both cans of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters using kitchen shears.
  • Arrange the biscuit pieces evenly across the bottom of the baking dish, keeping them in
  • a single layer.
  • Spoon the pizza sauce over the biscuit pieces, spreading it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top, then add pepperoni slices.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are puffed up, cooked through, and
  • the cheese is golden and bubbly. Check the center of the dish to make sure the dough is
  • fully cooked.
  • Let cook and serve with extra pizza sauce, if desired.
