- 6 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 350 •
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Grease a baking pan with butter or margarine.
Add sweet potatoes to the baking dish.
Drizzle with olive oil and stir potatoes so that they are in a single layer.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano.
Bake for 45-55 minutes until potatoes are tender.
