  • 1 fully cooked bone-in ham 8–10 lbs
  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Place ham in a large roasting pan, cut side down.
  • Cover ham loosely with foil and bake for 1 ½ hours.
  • In a small saucepan, combine apricot preserves, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, vinegar, and garlic powder.
  • Heat over medium until smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Remove ham from oven and brush generously with glaze.
  • Return the ham to the oven, uncovered, for 30 minutes, basting once more with glaze halfway through.
  • Let ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with extra glaze if desired.
