Apple Cider Mimosas
These Apple Cider Mimosas offer a nice balance of sweetness and tartness, making them ideal for fall gatherings. Perfect as a brunch cocktail or a Thanksgiving cocktail.

- 3 cups apple cider plus a couple tablespoons more for the rim
- 1 750 m bottle champagne, or Prosecco chilled
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 apple slices
In a small bowl, blend cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Transfer cinnamon and sugar to a shallow plate.
Add a small amount of apple cider to a shallow plate. (about 1/4")
To rim the champagne flutes, Dip each glass into apple cider (just enough to wet the rim), and then dip into cinnamon sugar layer.
Add 1/2 cup of apple cider in each of the champagne flutes. T
Fill glasses the rest of the way with champagne.
Add a slice of apple to the rim of each glass.
