Just two ingredients and a few minutes of preparation makes this cake so easy. Light, fluffy, and perfect with fruit or whipped topping. Great for parties or anytime you need a quick dessert.
In a large bowl using an electric mixer whip the cake mix and crushed pineapple together.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake 35-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Let cake cool completely.
Garnish with whipped topping and serve!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Do not try to substitute pineapple chunks, it does need to be crushed pineapple.
You can also make this an angel food pan if you would like a round cake.
