Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan.
Cover with water about 1" from the top of the eggs.
Set heat to high until boiling.
Once they start boiling cover and remove from heat.
Keep covered and let sit for 15 minutes.
Remove lid, drain hot water and fill the pan with cold water until eggs are cooled.
Eggs are ready for use.
