Ingredients

  • 12 medium sized or large eggs
  • water

Instructions

  • Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan.
  • Cover with water about 1" from the top of the eggs.
  • Set heat to high until boiling.
  • Once they start boiling cover and remove from heat.
  • Keep covered and let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Remove lid, drain hot water and fill the pan with cold water until eggs are cooled.
  • Eggs are ready for use.
