Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken chopped
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • ½ cup celery chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Instructions

  • 1. Add all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl.
  • 2. Mix until well blended.
  • 3. Refrigerate until serving.
  • 4. Make sandwich with two slices of bread.
