Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Salt and pepper pork chops.
Saute pork chops in skillet until brown.
While chops are cooking, combine chopped almonds, chopped onions and feta cheese in a small bowl.
Once pork chops are browned, flip over.
Top chops with cheese and almond mixture and place pan in oven until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°
Let rest a few minutes and serve.
