Skillet Pork Chops with Feta and Almonds


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon almonds, chopped
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 green onions, chopped


  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Salt and pepper pork chops.

  3. Saute pork chops in skillet until brown. 

  4. While chops are cooking, combine chopped almonds, chopped onions and feta cheese in a small bowl.

  5. Once pork chops are browned, flip over.

  6. Top chops with cheese and almond mixture and place pan in oven until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°

  7. Let rest a few minutes and serve.
