Peach Ice Cream Recipe
Delicious and simple fresh peach ice cream.

- 1 14 oz. can condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 - 4 fresh peaches
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Wash the peaches, remove seed and chop into bite-sized pieces
In a skillet or sauce pan, add chopped peaches, water and sugar.
Heat over medium heat until water evaporates. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until peaks start to form.
Gently fold in condensed milk and vanilla extract.
Add peaches to the mixture and swirl.
Pour ice cream mixture into a freezer safe container.
Cover and freeze at least 4 hours.
Use fresh, ripe peaches for best results.
Store ice cream in a freezer-safe container in the freezer.
