Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup mixed fruit
  • 1 cup Mountain High Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Prepare fruit
  • Wash all fruit and seed cherries
  • In a blender, add ice, fruit, water and yoghurt
  • Blend together 30-45 seconds on high
  • Pour and enjoy
