Monster Pretzels

- 1 package PME Cake Sweet Street Pretty Eyes Sprinkles
- 1 container PME sprinkles with candy eyes
- 10 oz Ghirardelli's white chocolate wafers
- 6 drops purple gel food coloring
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 12 pretzel rods
Place white chocolate wafers into a bowl and microwave on defrost for 2 minutes. Stir. Repeat at a minute each on defrost stirring in between until melted. Add in food gel and coconut oil and stir till purple.
Dip pretzel rods into the chocolate. Let excess drain off and place on to a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place one pretty eye on top before the coating dries and drizzle with sprinkles.
Let dry and remove from parchment paper. Ready to serve.
