Monster Pretzels

These Monster Pretzel Rods are a spooky-cute Halloween snack that takes just minutes to make! Dipped in colorful candy melts and decorated with candy eyes, they’re perfect for classroom parties or movie night. A quick, no-bake dessert your little monsters will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 package PME Cake Sweet Street Pretty Eyes Sprinkles
  • 1 container PME sprinkles with candy eyes
  • 10 oz Ghirardelli's white chocolate wafers
  • 6 drops purple gel food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 12 pretzel rods

Instructions

  • Place white chocolate wafers into a bowl and microwave on defrost for 2 minutes. Stir. Repeat at a minute each on defrost stirring in between until melted. Add in food gel and coconut oil and stir till purple.
  • Dip pretzel rods into the chocolate. Let excess drain off and place on to a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place one pretty eye on top before the coating dries and drizzle with sprinkles.
  • Let dry and remove from parchment paper. Ready to serve.

Notes

  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • This recipe can be upsized.
  • Easy to make ahead the day before.
