Monster Ice Cream Sandwiches
These monster ice cream sandwiches are just as fun to make as they are to eat! Colorful candy eyes and sprinkles turn ordinary ice cream sandwiches into a playful Halloween dessert.

Ingredients
- 6 rice krispies treats
- 3 scoops sea monster ice cream
- 4 tablespoons little monster sprinkles
- 8 candy eyes
Instructions
- Lay out rice krispies treats. Add one scoop of ice cream each to three treats. Place a rice krispies treat on top. Press down and press excess into the sides.
- Press into sprinkles and place on parchment paper. Freeze for 10 minutes.
- Add candy eyes to the sides and serve!
