Equipment

  • Microwave Safe bowl
  • bakin sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 10 oz GHIRARDELLI White Vanilla Flavored Melting Wafers
  • 4 drops green food gel bright green or neon green
  • 16 strawberries
  • 16 red heart candy sprinkles
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Add melting wafers to a microwave safe bowl with coconut oil and make as directed on the bag. Each melting wafer is different. For me I use defrost and cook 1:30 seconds and stir then another minute then stir then another minute and stir. Microwaves can vary as well.
  • Once the melting wafers and coconut oil are melted and mixed add in 4 drops food gel. Mix well.
  • Using a wood skewer through the top of the strawberry dip and coat it well then place on parchment paper. Immediately place the red heart sprinkle on it. Repeat till all the strawberries are coated.
  • Keep in fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
