Ingredients

  • 1 ounce creme de menthe
  • 1 ounce white chocolate liqueur or, white creme de cacao
  • 2 oz. heavy cream
  • Ice
  • For garnish optional:
  • Fresh mint
  • Chocolate for grating
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  • Drizzle chocolate sauce into the glass, by rotating the glass while you carefully drizzle the chocolate in.
  • To a cocktail shaker, add ice, creme de menthe, white chocolate liqueur, and heavy cream.
  • Shake well to combine and chill.
  • Pour into a coupe or martini glass.
  • Grate chocolate over the cocktail, or garnish with whipped cream and chocolate, if desired.
  • Add a sprig of mint.
