- ½ cup gingerbread or ginger snap cookies
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 ½ cups milk
- ½ tsp. Ground ginger
- ½ tsp. Ground cinnamon
- Whipped cream for topping
- Gingerman Cookies for topping
- Optional extra cinnamon for topping
To your blender, add ginger snap cookies, and pulse to crumbs.
Add ice cream, milk, and seasonings. Blend until smooth.
