  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 15 oz. can of northern beans drained
  • 14.4 oz. can of fire roasted tomatoes drained
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • Fresh cilantro to top
  • Blue cheese crumbles to top

Instructions

  • Add the ground chicken to a skillet, and cook and crumble, until cooked through.
  • Add the cooked ground beef to a large crock pot.
  • Add the beans, tomatoes, and frozen corn.
  • Then, add the ranch mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  • Add the wing sauce and chicken broth.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8.
  • An hour before cooking completes, add the cream cheese.
  • When the time is up, stir well, and serve topped with fresh cilantro and blue cheese crumbles, if desired.
