Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Heatt oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl and gradually to sugar mixture while blending well.
  • Add white chocolate chips and dried cranberries and mix well.
  • Drop dough in 1" balls on a greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake for 16-18 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool on a cooling rack before serving.

Notes

Baking time may very. for best results bake until bottoms are light brown and crisp edges form.
Store leftvoers in an airtight container.
