Course: Appetizer
Cuisine: American
Servings: 16
Calories: 17kcal
- 12 ounces broccoli florets
- 2 English cucumbers sliced
- About 10 ounces cherry tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- Ranch or veggie dip of your choice
Take the bell peppers, and cut a bow shape from the red bell pepper. Trim the outsides of the yellow bell pepper, and use a mini star cookie cutter to cut a few stars.
Cut any leftover bell pepper into chunks, and set aside for serving later.
To make the tray, use a large round serving tray. Add two rows of sliced cucumber to the outside edge of the tray, and set your dip in the center.
Fill in the tray with the broccoli florets.
Add tomatoes (reserving the rest for serving later), and decorate with the bell pepper "bow" and stars.
Enjoy!
- Change up the dip by using french onion dip, cream cheese dip, or your favorite veggie dip.
- If you like a mix of textures, add small sections of cauliflower florets or thin strips of yellow pepper around the top of each section of tomatoes.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
