Equipment

  • For the stars, you'll need a miniature star cookie cutter

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces broccoli florets
  • 2 English cucumbers sliced
  • About 10 ounces cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • Ranch or veggie dip of your choice

Instructions

  • Take the bell peppers, and cut a bow shape from the red bell pepper. Trim the outsides of the yellow bell pepper, and use a mini star cookie cutter to cut a few stars.
  • Cut any leftover bell pepper into chunks, and set aside for serving later.
  • To make the tray, use a large round serving tray. Add two rows of sliced cucumber to the outside edge of the tray, and set your dip in the center.
  • Fill in the tray with the broccoli florets.
  • Add tomatoes (reserving the rest for serving later), and decorate with the bell pepper "bow" and stars.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Change up the dip by using french onion dip, cream cheese dip, or your favorite veggie dip.
  • If you like a mix of textures, add small sections of cauliflower florets or thin strips of yellow pepper around the top of each section of tomatoes.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
