Christmas Fruit Tray

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups green grapes
  • 8 oz. Colby cheese cubes
  • 2 cups purple grapes
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese cubes
  • 5 kiwi sliced
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • 1 chunk of fresh pineapple

Instructions

  • To assemble, start by rinsing and draining all of the fruit.
  • Start at the bottom by making the bottom section out of sliced kiwi.
  • Make the next section out of cheddar cheese cubes.
  • Then, make the next section using purple grapes.
  • You'll make another section of Colby cheese cubes, and then make the top of the tree with green grapes.
  • Use the star cookie cutter to cut a yellow star out of a chunk of fresh pineapple.
  • TIP: Start by framing the tree with a single layer of fruit/cheese, then fill in the ingredients once you have the tree mapped out.
  • Decorate by adding rosemary sprigs around the tree.

Notes

  • Cut the cheese ahead of time for easy prep.
  • Keep leftover ingredients stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container. 
  • You can make this tree bigger to serve more guests if you have a larger platter.
