- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- ¼ cup green salsa
- 3 ounces cream cheese softened
- 4 ounce can chopped green chiles
- 3 scallions chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 cups shredded pepperjack cheese
- 12 small flour tortilla
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine your chicken, salsa, cream cheese, green chiles, scallions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and cheese.
Mix until well combined.
Divide the filling evenly among the 12 tortillas and roll up.
Place the taquitos on a parchment lined tray sprayed with spray cooking oil.
Spray the tops of the taquitos with the cooking oil spray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and the edges are browned.
Serve with all your favorite taco toppings and dips like salsa and sour cream.
