Charcuterie Skewers

These easy charcuterie skewers are a fun twist on a classic board! Made with cheese, meats, and tangy gherkin pickles, they’re perfect for parties, game days, and picnics. A no bake appetizer that comes together in minutes for a simple and savory skewer appetizer.

Equipment

  • Bamboo appetizer skewers

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces thin sliced salami
  • Assorted cubed cheeses
  • About 6 gherkin pickles large chopped bite-size
  • Red and/or green grapes
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Long bamboo skewers about 4.5-5 inches long

Instructions

  • To each skewer add a cheese cube and a grape.
  • Add two slices of salami, you can either combine them and roll into a flower shape, or fold them.
  • Add a piece of pickle, and a cherry tomato.
  • Chill until time to serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
