Caramel Apple Cobbler
This easy Caramel Apple cobbler is the perfect fall dessert. Sweet apples are baked beneath a buttery, crumbly crust for a dessert that is made with just 4 simple ingredients.

- 2 21 oz. cans of apple pie filling
- 1 13.25 oz. box of yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup caramel bits
- 1 cup unsalted butter
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
Pour the two cans of apple pie filling into the bottom of the baking dish and smooth out evenly.
Sprinkle the caramel bits over the pie filling.
Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over top of everything.
Melt the 1 cup butter by microwaving in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds, stirring, and 30 seconds more.
Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix, trying to distribute as evenly as possible.
Bake at 350 for 35- 40 minutes, until the cobbler is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
Server warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
